Full Planning: Close Knit Weddings

For the couple that wants to be hands-off for the administrative side of Wedding Planning and needs a little help with creating the concept and design of your wedding as well as keeping you on track and organized. I recommend that you contact me 1-2 years in advance to your wedding date.

This service includes the below:

Starting at $2,000.00

  • Texts, phone calls and emails
  • Full planning services for up to 150 guests 
  • Collaborative wedding concept creation, event logistics planning, and vendor selection oversight
  • Development of timeline
  • Venue and vendor selection
  • Monthly email check-ins and detailed checklists
  • Assistance in budget development
  • 4-6 in-person meetings
  • Rehearsal dinner support 
  • 8 hours of onsite coordination, decor setup, and vendor management
  • Access to an Emergency Wedding Kit 
  • Taking care of any day-of emergencies 


Pre-Wedding Management

For the couple that wants to have a stress-free wedding day as well as the last couple of months leading up to your big day! This package is similar to “Day of Coordination” and “Month of Coordination”. In order for me to best understand your wedding day I recommend you contact me at the very least 2-3 months ahead of your wedding day. The sooner the better!

This service includes the below:

Starting at $1,500.00

  • Texts, phone calls and emails
  • 2 in-person meetings
  • Coordination of all vendors to confirm setup and timeline details
  • Creation of vendor timeline
  • Creation of the couple’s timeline
  • 8 hours of on-site support
  • Setup of decor, including place cards, table numbers, signage, premade centrepieces, candles and more
  • Being the sole communicator with your vendors on your wedding day to ensure a stress-free day
  • Taking care of any day-of emergencies 
  • Access to an Emergency Wedding


Private Events

For the host that needs a break from being the main hostess to the host that needs a little extra help with planning dinner parties. I am here to help you bring together a fun-filled evening with friends and family. Private events include Birthdays 19+, Anniversaries, Dinner Parties, Cocktail Parties and more. For this service, I recommend that you contact me a minimum of 2 months in advance. This date range can change depending on the size of your event and the event logistics.

This service includes the below:

Starting at $1,200.00

  • Texts, phone calls and emails
  • 2 in-person meetings
  • Creating a theme concept and executing the design
  • Vendor communication 
  • Developing a master timeline 
  • Creating a budget if needed
  • Assisting with invitation design
  • Managing guest invitations and responses
  • My presence on site for 8 hours supporting hosts with hosting duties
  • Menu and beverage selection 
  • Ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Designing elegant table settings with appropriate centerpieces and tableware
  • Setup of decor
  • and more!!


Just the Decor

For the host or couple that is independent and doesn’t need a planner. This package is for you! Instead of having one of your family members or bridal party set up your decor, this is where I come in and help you with your event by setting up the decor. Whether this is for a wedding, engagement party, private event or dinner party I am there and I can do it! For this service, I recommend you contact me 2-3 months in advance of your event, the sooner the better!

This service includes the below:

Starting at $600.00

  • Texts, phone calls and emails
  • 2 in-person meetings to go over decor setup and venue walkthrough 
  • Setup of all decor, including but not limited to place cards, table numbers, signage, premade centerpieces, candles, linens, special tables for guests books, gift tables and set up for in memory of tables etc.
  • Set up backdrops for photos 
  • There is a $30.00 per hour fee charged while I set all of your decor on the event day
  • Tear down
  • Assistance in concept design if needed
